About Tokyo Reads

TOKYO READS (a trade name of Baker Studio) is an independent European online bookstore specializing in manga and related book products, such as graphic novels, light novels, and artbooks.

We are a Dutch-owned company with our headquarters and administrative offices located at Witte Paal 300A in Schagen, the Netherlands. As manga fans ourselves, we are dedicated to providing the European community with authentic, brand-new English editions through a transparent and reliable shopping experience.

What we do

We curate a vast collection of over 10.000 titles, focusing on the latest releases and popular series. To ensure our customers have access to the most up-to-date catalog, we utilize a specialized logistics model in collaboration with established European distribution partners.

While our management and customer service teams operate from our office in Schagen, our orders are processed and shipped directly from a specialized European distribution hub via trusted partners like UPS. This allows us to maintain a highly accurate inventory and offer reliable delivery times of 2-4 business days within the Netherlands. Every book we sell is guaranteed to arrive in brand-new, mint condition.
