As decapitation rains down around Kiwami and Shinoha, the Glass Children's third-ranked officer, Balloon d'Or, whacks an unlikely deadly weapon: a soccer ball. The fantasista's maneuvers however prove to be all show and no skill, thus enabling the ninja and yakuza to go on offense.
